TERMS: For all new customers a prepayment is required. Upon credit approval, Net 30 Terms will be offered. Existing customers are subject to periodic credit reviews to continue their NET 30 terms. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, & AMERICAN EXPRESS.
SAMPLE REQUESTS: Sample requests are accepted by fax and email. Samples are free of charge and typically ship via US Postal Service. A UPS or FedEx account number is required to cover shipping costs in the event that the sample needs to be rushed to a location.
PRODUCT COLOR: If material color match is critical, we suggest that an actual sample or a material swatch be reviewed before placing your order.
PURCHASE ORDERS: All purchase orders must be in writing. Emails and faxes are acceptable. A hard copy of your artwork should be sent with your order.
PROOFS: Cooler Graphics supplies paper and/or e-mail at no charge. However, excessive proofing may incur additional charges. To ensure IN HANDS Date, please return signed proofs within 24 hours. We will not begin production without this signed or emailed approval. Cooler Graphics will assume no responsibility for incorrect art after approval by customer or customer representative.
PRE-PRODUCTION PROOFS: Pre-production proofs are available for a fee. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be invoiced. Call our sales team for pricing details on product proofs.
DELIVERY: Please allow 7 to 10 working days from art approval depending on work load. CALL FOR RUSH ORDER PRICING.
Note: Depending on current material stock and machine work load, not all RUSH orders can be accepted.
MINIMUM ORDERS: Each product has a minimum order quantity that must be met. See chart under each item.
PMS COLOR MATCHING: Every available effort is made to match PMS colors. However, due to many production factors, Cooler Graphics can only assure you that the color will be within a tonal value if not exact. In certain circumstances, a PMS ink may have to be ordered from the lab. In this case, an additonal charge will incur. Please contact the sales team for more information.
INK CHANGES: Ink change charges within a production run $10.00 (z)
OVERRUNS / UNDERRUNS: Unless stated on purchase order, Cooler Graphics reserves the right to ship over/under the exact quantity ordered by 3% and invoices will be billed accordingly. Every effort is made to ship exact quantities ordered.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. FOB 77530 CHANNELVIEW TX
Note: Cooler Graphics does NOT ship FEDEX GROUND. If FEDEX GROUND is needed, customer is responsible for shipping arrangements, labels, pick-ups, etc. FEDEX Express is permissable, however, 24 hour notice is required.
BLANK MERCHANDISE: Cooler Graphics is also your full service BLANK supplier. All of our products are available BLANK. Contact our sales team for pricing.
PRODUCT RETURNS/REFUSED/CANCELLED: All claims and returns must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise. Cooler Graphics reserves the right to resale the item refused by buyer for any reason. Canceled orders are subject to a twenty (20) percent restocking fee plus applicable freight charges. Orders cannot be canceled after the imprinting process has begun.
REPEAT SET-UPS: Repeat set-ups are subject to a charge of $15 (e)
