Terms: Net 30 on credit approval.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.  All claims and returns must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise.  Cooler Graphics reserves the right to resale the item refused by buyer for any reason.  Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 per check charge.  We are allowed a two percent (2% Industry Standard) error rate on all products, goods, and orders.

Shipping: F.O.B. Our location - Houston, TX

Delivery: Delivery time between seven (7) and ten (10) working days depending on work load.  Add twenty five (25) dollars or fifteen (15) percent, whichever is greater, for rush orders.

Minimum Order: One hundred (100) pieces per design.

Canceled or Refused Orders: Canceled orders are subject to a twenty (20) percent restocking fee plus applicable freight charges.  Orders cannot be canceled after the imprinting process has begun.

Art Proof: Cooler Graphics will provide a paper proof, at no charge, with every order.  We will not begin production until we receive a signed art approval for each order.  Cooler Graphics will assume no responsibility for incorrect art after approval by customer or representative of customer.
